After months of storm debris collection, Temporary Debris Sites close and Solid Waste Facilities return to normal hours of operation.
To ensure full reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), all temporary debris management sites will be closed effective Jan 20. This will allow contractors to process on-site storm debris and the restoration of each location to its original condition. Adherence to these closure procedures and timeline are essential for maintaining eligibility for 100% cost recovery from FEMA.
