Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology/MIS or a related engineering field and four years of experience implementing, troubleshooting and supporting enterprise level hardware/software solutions for Cloud hosted and on-premise Information Technology Systems. Must have experience Managing Complex Information Technology Projects as a Team Lead or Project Manager and have proficiency and high levels of competency in the following disciplines:
- Four or more years deploying, managing, administering and troubleshooting Windows Servers. Specifically, demonstrated proficiency managing Windows Server 2016, 2019 and Windows Server 2022 in an Enterprise Environment is required.
- Four years managing / administering an Enterprise level Virtual Infrastructure. Specifically, demonstrated proficiency managing a Hyper-V or VMWare environment is required.
- Four years managing / administering system level and bare metal backups using Enterprise level data backup systems such as Cohesity, Rubric, NetBackup, Veeam, CommVault or similar products is required
- Four years managing / administering Enterprise Patch Management Solutions like Microsoft WSUS, Microsoft SCCM, Avast or similar products is required
- Two years' experience managing/leading complex Information Technology Projects as a Team Lead, Subject Matter Lead/Expert or as a Project Manager
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in information technology or related engineering field; AND
- Four years of experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise level hardware/software solutions for network servers, storage systems, backup systems, personal computers, peripherals and end user devices, and experience managing complex enterprise technology projects in accordance with established project management methodology; OR
- An equivalent combination of education (not less than a high school diploma/GED), training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted above
