Hillsborough County, Fla. (April 22, 2025) - A portion of S. Dover Road in Brandon is closed today after a cross-drain failure forced an emergency repair.

S. Dover Road is closed between Petticoat Junction and E. Lumsden Road. Residents and motorists can use Durant Road, S. Mulrennan Road, and State Road 60 to get around the closure.

Navigation apps have been updated on the detour and will route residents around the closure. The road is expected to be repaired by the end of the day Tuesday, April 22.
