Code Enforcement is responsible for the compliance and enforcement of numerous codes and ordinances, including the property-maintenance and land development codes, to preserve the quality and value of public and private property by eliminating conditions that threaten the life, health, safety, and general welfare of residents. This includes managing the Animal Control and the Regulatory Compliance divisions.
