Hillsborough County has a historic opportunity to redevelop the site, which includes the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) at 4801 E. Fowler Ave., Tampa, FL 33617. While the site is commonly known as MOSI, the museum encompasses just a portion of the entire 74-acre property. The County will seek a visionary development partner who will leverage the innovation around the site and the area’s booming economy to create an urban, mixed-use hub for cutting-edge companies, sustainable living, and community advancement.
