Report street flooding caused by rain and thunderstorms

Street flooding typically results from short, high-intensity downpours caused by thunderstorms, but can also be caused by water or sewer main breaks.

How to report flooding

Report non-emergency flooding online through At Your Service or call Public Works at (813) 635-5400.

To report street flooding that does not appear to be related to rainfall, visit the Report Water & Sewer Main (Pipe) Breaks webpage.

Note: If this is a flood-related emergency, do not submit an online request and report it by phone to Public Works at (813) 635-5400.
