Report water main, sewer main, or other pipe breaks

Understanding water and sewer mains

Water mains are pipes that carry drinking water to homes and businesses.

Sewer mains are large, primary pipes in a sewage system that collect wastewater from connecting pipes and transport it to a treatment facility or disposal point.

How to report water and sewer main (pipe) breaks

Report water and sewer main (pipe) break issues such as street flooding not caused by rain, low water pressure, discolored water, or a water outage in your home. When submitting a case, select "Other" as the case type in the first dropdown list titled "What type of Water & Sewer issue are you reporting?"

To report street flooding that does not appear to be related to a water or sewer main (pipe) break, visit the Report Flooding webpage.
