Veterans and military

If you have a short duration deployment and need a seasonal disconnect & re-connect for a specific date ($25 re-connect charge would apply), do one of the following:

Customer programs

• Cooking Oil Recycling Effort (CORE) - Don't let cooking oil cause problems for you pipes
• Water Conservation Rebates - Incentives to purchase or implement new water saving devices and measures
• Water and Wastewater Hardship/Affordability Assistance Discount - an assistance program that helps eligible utility account holders reduce their monthly water and/or wastewater base facility charges
• Water Incentives Supporting Efficiency (WISE) – a cost-share reimbursement program for water conservation projects that improve water use efficiency and help protect the region’s water resources. This program is offered through the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
