- Brief Description of Project: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for the renewal, replacement and installation of water mains, gravity sewer mains, manholes, vacuum sewer mains, reclaimed water mains, wastewater force mains, incidentals, miscellaneous repairs and/or modifications and emergency repairs to various water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipeline assets and other related horizontal assets for a five (5) year term.
