Contract Documents & Current Agreements

Step 1: How to view current agreements and find bid numbers

• View the Term Contract Report
• Search for keywords in the contracts report
• You can search by agreement number, bid title, bid number, contract manager, managing department and vendor
• Use CTRL+F (Windows) or CMD+F (Mac) to open a search box and enter the text you are looking for
• The browser will highlight all instances of the word or phrase on the page (Ex: copier, engineering, maintenance, construction, etc.)
• To continue to step 2, copy the bid number from the bid number column

Step 2: How to view and download contract documents

• View Contract Documents on the Clerk of the Court's website
• Paste bid number from step 1 into “Bid Number” field
• Select “Search”
• Download contract documents
