We will repair or replace County provided gray and blue roll carts at no charge

How to report damage

  1. Report your damaged cart
  2. We will complete the order within three business days of the initial date of request
  3. Keep the broken roll-cart curbside until Solid Waste completes the cart repair/replacement

Failure to place your cart at the curb during your repair/replace window may result in delays or cancellation of your request.

What to Expect

Once you submit the ticket, you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been received. When your roll-cart has been repaired/replaced, you will receive an email notification that your request has been closed.

Homeowner Associations (HOAs)

If you live in an HOA or deed-restricted community that restricts roll cart placement at the curb, you may consider forwarding and/or taping the emailed confirmation on your cart to let the HOA know the anticipated timeline for cart replacement.

Need an additional cart?

If you need an additional garbage (gray) or recycle (blue) cart you can order and pay for one online. To find out more information or see other payment methods, see the Pay for Garbage & Recycling Roll Carts page.
