Report trash hauler spills, non roll-cart related damage, and other misc. types of curbside trash pickup issues

If your hauler caused any liquid or litter spillage, damaged your receptacle or private property, or created any other solid waste-related issues, please follow the steps below to report it.

How to report spills or misc. damage

  1. Report your curbside trash pickup issue.
  2. Once submitted, a Solid Waste Customer Service representative will review your request and be in contact within three business days of the initial date of the request if needed.
